Need existing building work certified after it was built?
If a structure was built without approval or is missing from council records, retrospective building certification may be possible. QRBS investigates what exists, identifies the likely approval and certification pathway and coordinates the specialists needed to move the matter forward.

What property owners often ask
Can old building work still be certified?
Often there is a retrospective certification pathway, but it depends on the property and evidence. Older work may be assessed with regard to requirements applicable when it was built, while current safety issues can still require rectification.
Do I need plans?
Accurate plans are commonly needed. If none exist, QRBS can help coordinate an as-constructed measure and drafting.
